Warranty claim first for woman service BAD

Very disappointed by first for woman car warranty. I have put my claim on the 2nd of December 2025. And the dealer has asked for the authorisation letter still not nothing. Even though I agreed to paying more than 50% of the quotation still they giving me issues to approve the 40% . This is a ****. I want my money back that I contributed for past year with my car not having issues
