Warranty Claim

I have been trying to register a claim with my warranty plan for the past week. Emails have been sent but no feedback or response received. I have attempted to call multiple times and each time i was on hold for over an hour. Absolutely pathic with the services yet time and time again each month the payments are paid but NO SERVICE DELIVERY
