Warm Service

I would just like to thank Zodwa for being warm and friendly when I called First for woman for a claim. It no longer felt like I was faced with a dilemma while I was chatting to her. In fact my adverse situation became more like a joke and she handled the claim with ease and efficiency. Shes got character and it seems like helping people this is more that a job to her. Did not waste a second of my time and made me feel better. I would also like to commend First For Women Insurance for making all of their processes quick and easy. That is truly not the perception people have when it comes to dealing with Insurance matters. Keep up the great attitude Zodwa.
