Wants to pay R13k on a R60k car that was written off

Hi I'm making a 3rd party claim from this company and my car value is R60k and was a write off this company only wants to pay me R13k and says they cannot help me this is a total ******* as I am obviously at a loss and not being out back to my financial place prior to accident Very rude and not understanding agents
