WAITING FOR REFUND FROM FIRST FOR WOMAN

I sent an email to 1st for women cancelling on the 26th September but debit order still went through on the 25th of October this dented my budget alot. Now I am being sent back and forth for my money. No one replies nor confirm to my emails. When I called the refund department I was told I will receive it in about three working days which has passed already when I called today 11/11/2022 I am now told I will receive it by the 16th... What about the things I wasn't able to do/ pay because for them? Now I find myself being frustrated, making calls and sending emails to get my money! my money! Yho! hayi niyahlupha shame 1ST FOR WOMEN
