Waiting for car insurance quote since the 8 March

In the process of buying a new car. Emailed FFW (as I am an existing member with them) on the 8 March for a Car Insurance Quote. Since that day I have emailed then 4-5 times and still not one quote or phone call. Other insurance companies phoned me back within hours of requesting a quote. Clearly FFW don't need the business as they couldn't be bother to phone me for a quote. I am considering cancelling my home and portable possessions cover with them and taking my business somewhere else. Very disappointing!
