Very very poor service please and I called the next Monday to complain and so they can cancel my policy but still no cancellation confirmation email from them , please don't deduct my money next month , I don't need you anymore 😭😭😭

I've been paying my car insurance for a year and a month ago their premiums increased and fine I continued paying but it happened that Friday last week around 6 PM I was on my way from work and was traveling with my 5 year old son...it was getting dark and my car had a breakdown on a busy and unsafe place and when I called for their guardian angel I didn't get the help I was highly expecting the guy I spoke to told me that someone was on the way and had asked me for location and all the questions that I but thought might gonna help me but instead they just sent me an sms that someone was on the way to assist

I waited for an hour with my son and called again and a lady this time told me someone was on the way until a lady l know luckily when I call her she was around that area and she organized guys she knows to come and help me until I was out of the road and safe, and to my surprise 1st for woman only send on sms on the next Sunday while I reached out to them on Friday, only to get an SMS again saying they haven't gotten anyone to assist me and now they'll try to look for someone who can come to assist me, their service is just very disappointing and very poor...
