Very very disappointing service

I have for many years been a loyal client to this group and have left this issue burning for too long. In 2016 I registered a hail damage claim for my vehicle and was advised i would receive a call from an external company to bring my vehicle in for assessment, this call never came, I followed up numerous times but was advised someone will get back to me. We in May 2019, luckily for me my car was still drivable. The service received was pathetic and I'm just wondering if there are more clients like myself who has this happened to by First for Woman.
