Very professional and willingness to improve

Hala at Edward Nkwana, for everything that u did for me during my claim process. I must say at the beginning we started Rocky, but u managed to bounce back very professional. U handle all the critism I gave u very well, u learnt and listened to improve ur short comings. I must say not a lot of people handle criticism very well but I was total surprised when u continued to assist me. I thought u wouldn't want to continue with me. I knw as clients we can be difficult but u trully impressed on how you manage the whole situation. Keep up the good work and your willingness to improve in your service.
