Unprofessional service from the service consultants tihsa-mariize cooper and Rico engelbrecht

am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent claim with Tihsa. The consultants assigned to my case displayed unprofessionalism throughout the process, specifically by implying that I was responsible for deliberately damaging my vehicle. These unfounded assumptions, coupled with the unnecessary delay of involving my previous insurer, have caused significant frustration. As a client, I expect an objective assessment of my claim based on evidence, not accusations. The unprofessional demeanor of your team has led me to cancel my policy with Tihsa due to poor service delivery. I request that this matter be reviewed by a senior manager.
