Very poor service
Total lack if service. I have been a client for 17 years and every time I have a query, I wait days and nobody bothers to contact. Tjen I have to call the again. I logged two requests with their Dispute Resolution, no acknowledgement!!! I am cancellng my policy with them today as it is clear they do not meet my business!
