Very poor service
For months I've been trying to add my solar panels to my insurance. Every time I request someone call me, I get someone trying to sell to me and when they hear what I want, they either transfer me and I'm cut off, or they just hang up.

I tell him a cluster, he says 'with a grass roof?'. I'm unsure whether he was joking or just completely clueless. Is this the level of service you provide?
