Very poor service

<p>I have a building insurance with 1st 4 women n recently we had a bad storm in our town n I sent a claim and they sent a assessor n nobody contacted me so days later I called to inquire only to find that my claim was rejected they will only pay for the trees removal and the fence that the tree fell on.the rest of the claim they gipound excuses and I disputed and they said I will be contacted within 24 hours n 4 days passed without any call then I called 3 days in succession and the excuse will be that the manager is not available n they will call me.the service is bad and I'm frustrated.wudnt recommend it to anybody.I doubt I will stay with them even</p>
