Very pleasantly surprised by the professional management of a home content claim

I recently had a break in at home and the intruder stole quite a lot of valuables. So, I laid the claim once the police had left. At first the response from 1st for Women was not great, until I complained a bit. So, I went on a hunt for negative reviews on Hello Peter (obviously an emotional over-reaction), to see how 1st for women usually responds to clients. Needless to say, it put me in a very negative frame of mind, because people are quick to complain about anything. But then, I received a call from Marcelino, who is a very competent, and smart person. He was also quite empathetic, and understanding, which really put me at ease. I was immediately provided with a list of required documents, such as: the police report, case number, proof of purchase of items ******, alarm report, and proof of visible force. Once, I submitted everything. The rest of the claim went very smooth. The claim was handed over to a lady called Jabulile, who also was very professional and helpful. She got quotes for the items that were ******, and she communicated with me during the entire process. At the end, I got a claims voucher, which is like a debit card, that you can use to purchase back the items. Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised and impressed.
