Very Dissapointed

INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!

I cannot believe the service from 1st for Women,

My car broke down and was towed away on Friday the 25th of November, and I was told it had been towed to a repair shop. After a week of receiving sms's each day stating that my car will be assessed that day (and never actually being assessed) I called the repair shop who stated that my car was not there and had been towed somewhere else. Upon contacting 1st for women, they did not know where my car had actually been towed to as they insisted it was at the repair shop I had already contacted. Another week has passed and I still had NO feedback on the assessment of my car or where my car actually was. I do not have a spare vehicle and so missed out on work that I needed to get done, all the while my car had still not even been assessed. I had a broker contact 1st for women during the third week to try help me find out where my car actually is, they found out my car had been towed to a repair shop in Pomona, Kempton park, which is over 100km from where I actually live - making it extremely inconvenient for me to collect it. They also informed me that my car may not even be ready before Christmas. Then only AFTER the repair shop had contacted me to say that my car was in fact ready for collection, 1st for Women contacted me to say that my claim had actually been approved.

I find it absolutely appalling that the agents I spoke to could not tell me where my vehicle was nor the status of my vehicle, and that I had to get a third party involved to get answers.

This is unacceptable service!!
