Very disappointing

I would not recommend FIRST FOR WOMEN to anyone, after several years been with them. My Debits orders on time, They are looking for every reason not to pay me out. They dnt explain different types of car insurance, based on value neither do they explain excess clearly to a person. They are a ripp off insurance. To date there are still delays on them paying me out. Why wud a person compromise a lower premium which will affect one in in a long run.if you had paid double the value currently. Please Train your staff to explain to clients properly as to how insurance s work, based value of a vehicle dnt just drop the premium whereby shooting the client in the foot as if you have helped them! I will be going to insurance Ombudsman regarding my experience with First for Women!!

Its a first time I heard of Trade value and Beta car with first for women, which I heard on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th about Beta car. All they speak about is market and retail
