Very disappointed with the first Agent Thulie who activated my policy when i distinctly told her not to activate the policy. The entire process was a rush. I told her to call me on saturday 18th march to confirm whether i will be accepting or not. I then called today spoke to Tebogo who was excellent. Basically after Tebogo gave me a better rate and service i decided to then accept the policy from FFW
