Very disappointed with the business

Very disappointed with the business. HOWEVÈR, they have a STAR employee in their retentions department - Raylene Pather. I would like to write a review about 1st for Women - Raylene Pather. I would like to commend Raylene Pather for her outstanding patience and professionalism. She remained calm when I was very upset and frustrated and she was friendly and efficient! I sincerely hope that FFW realise what an asset she is to their business!! Raylene, thank you!!
