very disappointed on the service

<p>yesterday i got involved in an accident, i bumped into another car and my front bumper and the bonet was damaged. I called FFW and was referred to first road to tow my car and they promised to call me back to register a claim. i waited for hours and i was not called. i called them back again to register a claim, was told that it's gonna take close to 30 min to register the claim so i told them i dont have enough airtime the lady who helped me told me that they will call me back in few minutes. Again i waited for hours, they did not call me, i had to go to the office so that i can use my work phone to call them. Now am being told that it's gonna take the whole flippin week to assess the damage on the car, they know very well that i do not have a courtesy car option. The only thing damaged on a car is the bonnet and the front bumper, i checked the car myself, everything is still fine i do not understand why should the assessment take the whole week. i am very disappointed on the service i got from FFW, now am gonna be stuck for a long period without a car. it's very useless to have insurance because i would have taken the car to a repairer who would have fixed it within a day or two. Their adverts are very attractive but when they have to deliver they drag their feet. am very disappointed ! </p>
