Very disappointed in first for women.

I have been with you guys for 3 years and had an accident 2 days ago when I contacted you guys and I was told that I havent taken my car for an assessment so I am not covered. I have no correspondence from you guys on anything about taking the car for an assessment. I want all my payments to be payed back to me and my insurance canceled. Everytime ffw is a problem. When I had taken the policy with you guys the car was brand new. We are in the middle of a pandemic and now is not the time to be debited and finding out when needed that you are not covered. For a company that specializes in helping women cannot take care of women their time of need.
