Very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I had an accident in 2019 that was not fault. I paid 1st for Women's exorbitant excess fee expecting that I would get it back at some point. I just received a call this morning stating that the other driver is deceased and they are closing the file and I will not be getting my excess back. This matter was given to 1st for Women's attorneys last year and they have wasted so much time the other driver actually died. I am really disappointed in the way this was handled.
