Very disappointed!

I logged a claim for my vehicle which were in an accident after reporting it at the police station etc. My car didn't sustain damages only the person who drove into me. 3 months later the driver of the other vehicle was dead quiet and then all of a sudden i get sent a letter of demand to pay for the damages which weren't my fault. I contacted First for women and logged the incident and told them i am being sued for damages. I was advised to send the letter of demand to the legal department and then they will deal with it. I was also advised that the driver of the car who was my boyfriend needs to call in and log the incident etc. We did all of that. We keep calling to follow up on my claim but we getting different stories from different people. I also received a letter from first for women telling me they cant assist me with my claim because i didn't not report the incident within 30 - 60 days of the accident. I never reported it because i didn't have a reason to claim nor did i hear anything for months from the other driver involved. Out of the blue i just receive a letter of demand. I am quite disappointed being a loyal client and referring all my family and friends to first for women, they don't want to me help me with this situation i am stuck in.
