Very bad, took out the policy, documents were not correct, when we called in to correct it, premiums changed

Very bad, took out the policy, documents were not correct, when we called in to correct it, premiums changed. Their said their needed to investigate and listen to the calls, no has called back till today. Took out cover on the 15th of April 2023 and cancelled yesterday 19th of April 2023. The service was very bad and nobody could assist to resolve.
