Very bad service from Insurance and panelbeater

I registered a claim with them and they choose a panelbeater called Jocks Pannelbeaters in PTA west to fix my car. guess what my car came out with two different colours. When i register a complaint with them the inspector refused to come saying he will come when my car is fixed so i must speak to Jocks panelbeaters myself. The same panelbeaters do not want to do anything about my car. always i use my petrol to go there and they are telling me that they will call me and no one did. I pay my premiums regularly to get a better service but they choose a panelbeater knowing that i will struggle on my own without them being involved. i always call them but no they don't care, you know why because they get all their premiums from me that is all they care about. <br> <br> I feel like this is first for woman because they know very well that if you are a woman they can fool you around whenever. If i choose my own panelbeater it was gonna be better but now is their panelbeater. I am driving around with a purple and blue colour. Thanks to my insurer i should have known better and i am glad that now i know.
