Very bad service

Am really disappointed with the mechanical warranty department.I used to work with you well but today no.I took in my car to be checked by a dealer.And I paid the strip and quote from my pocket.Now am told that if they claim is approved there will take the money from their labour.Seems like I still have to pay again
