Very bad service

I had a motor vehicle accident on 25th Feb 2022, I had never agreed on an excess of increase and neither was I informed of the excess to be increased yearly. Each year I call in to review my insurance premium and Noone made mention of such excess increase. On Friday I learnt its now R4900 excess. I requested recordings of such where I was advised or agreed on this excess increase. To date still no feedback. Everyday I am calling in and not getting progress on my claim or what steps to follow. I have sent emails as well. I received a sms on Tuesday at 1701 that the as*****t is finalized and claim is in process of finalization. Yesterday I spoke to person sifso that ran me through the process and said the person processing cliam will call me by today. I called in today 2 agents emailed this person requesting to plse call me back as matter of urgency. I am without a car, no proper feedback or communication from first for women. Yet suppose to be First for women. My vehicle has now moved to the auction yard which I leant when I called Demac where vehicle was standing for pass days When my vehicle was towed from scene, I was not even sent an sms confirming authorization. I had to take a screens shot from Towtruck driver. I also advised First for women I am returning to Work on Monday and unable to take calls in work time. I am without a car. Not sure how I am getting to work. To date still no response, nor feedback. Yet my premuims are upto date diligently. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone! Supposed to be Peace of Mind when selling the product to us!! It's a real nightmare!! No communications advised on sms or telephonic
