Very bad insurance
Very poor service!! We had damage to our Fridge and TV, both broke at the same time, we logged the claims and both of them were rejected for wear and tear! They said they sent professionals to review our claimed items, the guy was here for 3 minutes, did not check for surges or any other causes! This is our third claim thay has been rejected!! Why have insurance then?? We wasted our money and they gladly took it! I urge anyone to stay far away 1st for woman. They are pathetic!

13 Jun 2024, 16:04Yet another day goes by and no news from 1st for woman. Not a email, or a phone call. Nothing. Has been with them for 2 years, never missing a payment! And when you need their help they hang you out to dry! Taking the money and run!
