Very bad experience....

Very bad experience..i had an accident abut i couldn't get assistance i was told that they will only assist me the next morning when the accident happened at 18pm i had to drive the car back home with a shattered window screen pieces of glasses were falling inside all the way. FFW is not what they say they are. I had the worst experience
