Vehicle Repair STILL INCOMPLETE 5 MONTHS LATER!!!

My Vehicle was Booked into Auto Magic Strydom Park in January of this year,<br> I have since made numerous inquiries as well as logged a Hello Peter Complaint like 3 months ago,<br> I received an auto reply from the insurance company and Panel Beaters, but to date this has not yet been resolved, NO ONE WILL ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for resolving this query. Putrid service in my opinion. There is a side beading missing on my Door and the Window winders have been too tight to open since the repairs that were carried out by AutoMagic Strydom Park.<br> <br> Now this is a 1997 3 door Opel Corsa and I have been told that the panel Beaters cannot locate that part anywhere at all, When I called GM myself, they said that the part could be ordered. YET I am still sitting with incomplete work on my car. <br> <br> The insurance company offered me R300.00 odd Rand for the part, My question is, if I source the part, who covers the cost of getting the part here, Who will professionally fit this part? Who covers the Labor Cost?<br> <br> As insignificant as this complaint might appear, This a direct indication as to how this company executes its settlements and takes responsibility. VERY DISAPPOINTING, STILL WAITING!!!
