Vehicle Insurance

When I originally contacted them to change the vehicle i am being insured on, the lady on the line was rude and impatient. She did not take the time to explain things thoroughly and when I asked her to repeat what she said, due to her speaking unclear, she actually raised her voice.

I originally canceled my policy. A friendly gentleman then contacted me to ask why I am canceling, after explaining everything thoroughly to me, apologized and then submitted an internal complaint against the Agent who assisted me at first.

He was so helpful and went as far as giving me a better quote on my car. In conclusion, I am still with first for women due to one person who took the time to assist me. Friendliness goes a long way.
