I D van der Heever lodged a claim with the insurance company first for woman as i had a accident with my vehicle. The person who answered my call was Tasleem Bester and from the beginning whilst helping me he was at all times professional. I immediately felt at ease, because i could sense that he knows what he is talking about and was trying to help me as best he could. My claim was handled in the nick of time and he got me an appointment to see the assessor the same day. My vehicle went in to be assessed and he called me back within the hour to inform me who the service provider will be and their contact details. Tasleem really handled himself very well and did all and more to make it less painful for me, he really is an asset to the company he is working for. Keep up the good work Tasleem. We need more people like you.
