Vehicle claim

Good day I just want too give a **** review for 1ste for Woman On 6 December 2025 we had a majo storm and my vehicle got water damage, they took my car with a lowbed where my car was standing awaitng a damadge report I had too phone every day for feedback even so bad that you hold for 40min just too speak too someone everytime I was transferred too someone new but everyone had a new story.... 3 weeks past and they told me they have too now take the car too someone els for a report but they can not transport my car due too the battery died abd cant get in the car too take it out of Park mode, it got so bad that I THE CLIENT had too drive 90km too go and open the car myself for them too transport the vehicle again, so after that another 4 weeks past so today I got told that they have as damadge report but they are going too put a recon Piwerstering rack (module) in my car like Are You Insane!!!! My engine got water aswell they tell me they gonna just put new oil and filter(Minor service)

What about my Electrical Comouer Harness because that also needs replacement not even too mention the water that was in ky boot, and the radiator that bended my bumper that is broken and even my paint that is lifting now due too it standing in die sun for nearlt 2 months, when thay want the money every month they get paid but when it comes too fixing it properly they choose the cheapest way....and I even have engine warranty included ontop of my insurance....I will not get a car back that is not fixed the way it should be... I even phoned Audi myself and they told my NOT NOT PUT RECON PARTS IN THE CAR so I want awnsers too fix all thede problems they get quoted 54k IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR AN AUDI TO BE FIX FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY Im sorry but this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
