VAPS WORST CHOICE

I've had this VAPS for some years now and the first time I make use of the service, I want to cancel it. There is no feedback from them, they digitally access the vehicle and conveniently you need to pay more money, I've emailed twice and am still awaiting someone to call me. At this point, I started looking for other insurers all together. If they don't appreciate my business I rather take it elsewhere.
