VAP NO VALUE AFTER ALL
Dont waste your time even considering value added products through first for women. I took scratch and dent cover, they say your premium remains constant... but it doesnt. Their premium increases are about 40%. Then when u submit a claim, you are unable to change panel beaters coz management says so. I had a tiny, I mean tiny scratch on my rear bumper which I thought I'd use, the quote comes to just over R4k, then they tell me I have to pay R1700... when I asked to try and get an alternate quote, they say no... what absolute *******, when I ask why, they say coz management says so... an absolutel ******* and a waste of time...
