Vanessa is First

Had a horrible experience with First for Women, and complained on Hello Peter. Someone called and apologized and that was it.<br> Called again and told Vanessa Cass my experience - She blew me out of the water. Friendly, helpful, guided me through the process as it is the first time I am doing this. NOTHING was too much trouble. I would love her assigned as my FIRST Future Personal Insurance WOMAN. <br> <br> She is a GEM to your organization and perhaps many can learn from her fabulous personality, her patience and efficiency and diligence .<br> <br> FFM - She needs a raise, champagne, chocolates, day at the spa and made felt to be FIRST FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION.
