Vagueness that could lead to debt
<p>To whom it may concern </p> <p> </p> <p>My mother bought a car and she was advised the premium will be R990 and the consultant didn't advise her of the R12000 excess. which she can't afford upon calling First for Women Insurance the y were not helpful, polite and we're now looking to modify the excess or change insurance companies. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist </p>
