Utterly Disgusted

I have 2 business policies with 1st for woman. Roadside assistance is one of the benefits I get, today I called because I needed assistance. Spoke to 2 consultants Thabelo and Naledi. I was transfered from 1 consultant to another, knowing their stalling until 5pm. Eventually I came through to Roadside assist, and the guess what?? The consultant could not pick up my details??? Very strange. I gave both policy numbers and she insisted that she could not pick up my details. When I askes that she transfer me to business assist, she advised that they left...

It's 17:30 and I'm still stuck with no assistance....
