Utter disgusting service

On 20 January 2014, i had requested a quotation from this company to insure a car i was planning to buy. Instead of sending a quotation, First for Women , a debit order of R1589 was deducted from my bank account. When i phoned your call centre i was given this policy number***. I want my money back. Its been over 2 years now. Still my money has not been returned to me. What puzzels me is that, u guys want a letter from the bank stating that i was never granted the financing of the vehicle i wanted to buy. Where the **** i am going to get that letter from? All i ever requested from you ********* was a quotation to insure a car that i wanted to purchase not a car that i already had in my possession. All i want is my money back, i dont have a letter from a bank stating that my vehicle financing was declined, and thers no way i will have this letter. You will just have to find a way to refund me my money that you guys took from me **********ly. Utter disgusting *********

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Based on your explanation that you have not taken delivery of the vehicle at all; it would only be fair to refund your premium. We have therefore requested a refund for the amount that was received.

Please be advised that the refund will be avilable in your account within 3 - 5 working days.

Trust that you will find the above in order.

Kind Regards

The First for Women Team
