Useless service!

So I requested a quote from the company, regarding a vehicle I want to buy. HAVEN'T BOUGHT YET. This was in May 2022. So they gave me a quote asked for my banking details etc, I asked the lady, just give me time, because NOTHING IS OFFICIAL!She loaded the payment for the 1st of June 2022. I still didn't even buy the vehicle yet. So they phoned me regarding the "Missed payment" I then AGAIN told a lady, I DON'T HAVE THE VEHICLE YET HOW SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE. She asked me, can she load a payment for the 1st of July. AGAIN I asked just give me time, because I am actually looking at a different vehicle. Now I got a mail regarding the payment not being made. Yet, they don't have ANY DETAIL ON HE VEHICLE!!!!!!!I still haven't bought a vehicle I am happy with, but STILL THEY WANT MONEY FOR INSURING A VEHICLE THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT, A VEHICLE I DON'T EVEN HAVE

This is BULL****! No one ever gets back to you, you should call them!!!!!!
