Useless pathetic excuse for an insurance company
You are a useless insurance. Your policy holder has damaged my property since August and you were notified of a 3rd party claim/public liability claim. You have sent an assessor in September only and we are now October and we still have not heard from you. This is the most ******* insurance I have ever dealt with. And to think of it, I was thinking of getting a quote from you for my wife's car and possibly our household contents. The service you provide is a joke. I will be submitting a complaint to the ombuds.

06 Dec 2021, 22:03No one has ever bothered to keep us updated throughout the process and thankfully, the repairs have been initiated through the body corporate insurance. Never think of making use of 1st for Women. I will keep ensuring that all prospective clients are aware of the lack of service from you!!
