Useless manager

I submitted a Windscreen claim for a Ford 2017 model. They want to fit an alternative glass on. I advised them that my vehicle is still under warranty. Advisor Victoria advised I need to send proof. I requested for a manager at 9:15am, they told me she is on a call, she will call me back shortly. I called the insurance back after 13:15pm and requested again to speak to manager, she finally came on the line. And mind you she did not even apologize that client waited from morning for they callback, which they never returned, I had to call back, think her name is Aneesha or Aleesha, And tells me I need to send proof that my vehicle is under warranty. I advised her that they can call any Ford dealer with my Vin if they want proof if vehicle is under warranty or not. She told me that they cannot do that, I need to send proof!! POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE. CANCELLING MY POLICY. MY BUSINESS WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY IS OVER!!! #1stforwomen @1stforwomen
