Useless Inspection Procedure

I was assured when I signed up with first for women that I could do my own vehicle inspection with the app. I have been unable to do so even after uninstalling and re-downloading it onto my phone several times. Eventually I called and was told that I could use their website to log my inspection. I have now tried doing it 4 times using both chrome and internet explorer. It kicks me out when I try and upload my photos. I do not have the time to drive 20 min there and 20 min back to go get my car inspected at the closest glassfit during office hours. I am very frustrated and this has become a huge inconvenience.
