Useless

I contacted 1st For Women regarding the possibility of a leak as the water meter indicated an unusually high consumption of water. After submitting a claim, a plumber came out two days later and said the sound in the wall was the geyser filling up and it was the pressure valve on the geyser needing to be replaced, after needing to follow up constantly, a week later, I got a call saying it would be cheaper to me to resolve the issue myself. I asked for the same service provider to come out as he was already fami**** with the situation, I received no feedback whatsoever. On my own account called out another plumber, he assured me it is definitely a leak and a rather serious leak. I then had leak detectors come out and allocate where the leak was. Contacted 1st for Women again, all the while, there is a leak in the bathroom, I had to start turning off the water supply to the house so that I didnt have water constantly flowing where the leak was to prevent any unnecessary damage. No service provider was sent out, eventually Kaylush insisted I needed to send a quote to her. I explained that it is difficult for a plumber to give a quotation without breaking the wall to assess the problem that needs fixing, she said I could go ahead and call the plumber to fix the problem. I did, I now I have a hole in my wall where the plumber I called out fixed the burst pipe. I sent the invoice to Kaylush a week ago, I had to resend it yesterday and she has responded with needing to take it to management and then will get back to me. I have no paid for the work of the leak detectors, and the plumbing. An assessor came out on Saturday to assess the damage as a result of the plumbing work, I still have had no feedback regarding when the hole in the wall will be fixed. I have received no service whatsoever, being insured by 1st for Women is pretty much pointless and a waste of time and money, I would not recommend 1st For Women to anyone looking for an insurance provider, you are better off having no insurance than being insured through 1st of Women.
