USELESS

An agent with the name Anele was assigned to my claim. This person is shouting over the phone telling me i claimed 2 days ago but i claimed 3 days ago. The auotmated repsonse says they will get back to you within 24 hours its been 72 hours and i had to follow up only to be shouted at the other end.

i have never met such *********** people in my life.

Anele said an email will be sent with outstanding documents and im still waiting its been 6 hours now and if you call you have to be prepared to wait 30 minutes before speaking to someone as if i have allday and just lazing around.
