use *********** contractors for building claims

I referred to open a building insurance with 1st for women but I regret doing so because my geyser had burst so i claimed, however first for women sent me *********** contractors who came with a geyser that does not work, on top of that they damaged my roof while installing, the roof is leaking when it rains damaging my inside content , first for women is not helping they promise to call but don’t call back, ive been calling almost every day and no help.
