Urgently refund request not attended
My daughter is no longer going to school due to Phindile Pearl Matakiya's incompetency. I requested for my refund and send all the relevant documents on the 3rd of March 2026, she did not escalate my request the same day as she's supposed to, I had to call in twice on Friday the 6th March 2026 before she escalated it. I told her when I first asked for the refund that the money is for my daughter's school fees so it's crucial for me to get an urgent refund, however she delayed the process further and escalated my request 2 days later. I would like First For Women to do right by me and give me back my money!!!!
