Unreliable company

I took up insurance three weeks ago. They promised me the policy documents to be sent to me 15 minutes later. Three weeks later I am still waiting. I called them, emailed, tweeted them and they say the documents have been sent and I will get them within 15 minutes. On twitter they keep saying they will follow up. I have not started using them as it is only for JUne, but at this rate I am headed for a policy cancellation. How cann they be so unrealible. They are failing to send me policy documents, what will happen when I have to make a claim.....I am worried about their service.
