UNRECOVERED EXCESS
A CAR KNOCKED ME FROM BEHIND ,IT WAS THERE FAULT.I HAD TO PAY AN EXCESS TO FIRST FOR WOMAN TO GET MY BUMPER FIXED.THEY SAID THEY GOING TO GET MY EXCESS BACK FROM THE OTHER PARTY.THE OTHER PARTY REFUSED TO PUT THE CLAIM IN.SO FIRST FOR WOMAN SAID THEY CANNOT HELP ME,AND DIDNT HELP ME RECOVER MY EXCESS.THE OTHER PARTY IS ALSO A FIRST FOR WOMAN CLIENT AND HAS MANY CARS ON THERE POLICY.<br> IN MY OPINION FIRST FOR WOMAN IS PROTECTING THE HIGHER PAYING CUSTOMER.I TOLD FIRST FOR WOMAN THAT I AM GOING TO END MY POLICY WITH THEM AND THEY SAID OK.DIDNT EVEN TRY TO ASK WHY AND SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.THEY ARE PROTECTING THE OTHER CLIENT EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE TO BLAME.
