unprofessional ****s who take people 's money and becomes aggressive and defensive about it

An amount of R212 was deducted from my account and i reversed it as i did know the debit, and this money i got an sms from first for women regarding the money which i reversed, i called first for woman and i was assisted by Tumi telling me i have 3 policies with the insurance one for 2013 , second one for 2018 and third one for 2021, to my suprised i dont have such policy, i never knew that requesting for a quote it automatically means one have took the cover. within a few minutes after talking to Tumi, i got a call from the same guy who transfered me to this other rude lady who keeps on insisting that i have a cover with first for woman , now i have extra bank charges due to the reversal for something which i dont recall joining , this is unacceptable and you are really making my a living hell
