Unprofessional service from 1st for Women insurance since they can even stick to the contract agreement.

I recently took insurance with them, I am so disappointed by the way they do their things. My documents and agreement stated that they must debit my account on the 25th of every month, but they have been deducting my account on the 24th. This is the 3rd month with the same problem, I really feel it's unprofessional to deviate from the contract agreement or to debit my account a day before my salary can even be reflected, this messes with my financial records. Why 1st for women, can even follow one simple instruction? Why is it difficult to debit my account after my payday, 25th p.m.? If I struggle to fix this error, I wonder how many problems i will encounter when i have to submit my insurance claim,
